Baremedal Technologies provides a B2B SaaS platform specifically designed for building, managing, and automating WhatsApp bots. Our multi-tenant infrastructure interfaces with the official WhatsApp Cloud API to facilitate seamless business communication.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• Not use the service for sending unsolicited spam, abusive content, or participating in illegal activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

The Baremedal Technologies platform, including its software, designs, trademarks, and logic variations, are the exclusive intellectual property of Baremedal Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with your subscription plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

Baremedal Technologies provides the platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms of Service or any applicable Meta/WhatsApp policies.
